The MY MED REFILLS website is a healthcare services exchange site. The purpose of the site is to connect patients with licensed and board certified physicians for the review and approval of qualified patient requests for prescription medication renewal. The review and approval of qualified requests will be performed independently by physicians at HealthSource Medical Associates, PLLC. By using the MY MED REFILLS website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
